Indeed, What we are, it’s Yah’s Gifts to us and what what we are making out of our beings is our gift to Him, Amen.

Thank you 🙏🏼 we all need these reminders, daily.
I’m blessed to have many of Rabbi Shalom Arush’s books 📚 love the one; “Say Thank You 🙏🏼 and see Miracles.”

Thank you Rabbi for the Blessed memory of your beautiful prayer. Beruch Hashem, Creator of everything, blessed is his name who again this day held me in his hands and provided for my wife and me.

Expressing specific gratitude is a great segula for every need in life. Thank you, Rabbi Arush, for emphasizing this over and over and over and over. Please, never stop. We need to hear it until it’s in our kishkehs! THANK YOU!!!!
I’m glad that you benefit from this beautiful prayer! To answer your questions:
I don’t know the source of the prayer. It’s been around for a LONG time and has been circulated widely.
I can’t promise about getting the prayer translated – I will try, and if successful, I’ll post it here in the article. So…stay tuned.
Yes,I edited that sentence to be a bit clearer.
Thank you for your feedback, and I hope that you enjoy and benefit from our new website!

Thank you so much for posting the beautiful and meaningful “Prayer of Thanks”
I am considering incorporating it into my daily prayers.
I would very much appreciate any time you can spare to answer three questions that came to mind:
1. What is the source for the prayer?
2. Would you be able to post the prayer in Hebrew too?
3. Should the words “only that way” be removed from this paragraph: “Thank You for the periodic times that are difficult for me, for only that way they enable me to fully appreciate the good times, for only after being in darkness one can appreciate the light.”

I think you must be related to me as I think that there is only one Mitzman family in the world. I am in Golders Green in London so I wonder about your family tree. I know that I have relatives in America and I think in Israel too maybe. I think that I had a relative in America called Arthur Mitzman who was researching the Mitzman family tree.
