The website (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) is a platform to disseminate the teachings of Rabbi Arush at Chut Shel Chessed Institutions. You are invited to take part in it subject to your consent to the Terms of Use set forth below. 


In addition to the use of this website and all its content and services offered therein, downloads of files, media such as images and videos, and the various content offered to visitors may change from time to time or depending on the type of content.

The Site administrator will do everything in its power to protect the details of registered users and subscribers who are registered on the Site. Chut Shel Chessed Institutions use 3rd party security software. Any breach of data is the sole responsibility of the 3rd party security software.


This Site might use cookies (especially for registered users and subscribers) and internal statistical apps to maintain anonymous statistical records of surfers and analysis of user traffic, Site browsing habits, click analysis, and staying time.    

At all times and apart from surfers connected to the Site, the information stored is completely anonymous and does not contain the surfer’s name or any other identifying detail. 


If any dispute arises when you use the Site, you agree that the dispute is under the exclusive jurisdiction of Jewish law (halacha) according to a mutually agreed-upon Orthodox beit din (religious court).
