Asad’s downfall is right in line with this week’s parsha – Vayishlach, when Yaakov battles and overcomes Esav’s angel.

When a nation falls, it is a sign that its ministering angel, its spiritual source of power, has also fallen. We’ve seen Hamas, Hezbollah, and now Syria going down. Others will surely follow.
