Depression isn't feeling blah or blue. Serious clinical depression is a debilitating disease with an actual mortality rate. I think it's a little presumptuous to think that diet changes can cure depression. Especially when you consider that that there's zero clinical evidence that it does.

Breakfast
I think people are not all the same when it comes to eating. If I waited until 11am to eat I would get sick. I need to eat breakfast within 30 minutes of waking up or my energy is messed up and my digestion gets sluggish.
