Guarding eyes

In the world we live in most people would consider the contents of this article to be crazy fanaticism. That is precisely why the Rav is correct. We have become so desensitized that we don't even realize what we are doing. It is not for no reason that the newsstands are filled with newspapers and magazines specifically designed to arouse men. Of course the same is true of TV and movies. They are all trying to appeal to our lowest instincts, to our yetzer harah. We would be wise to face the reality of this and make a concerted effort to raise our spiritual level by not giving in to the temptations that surround us.

very difficult but …

guarding ones eyes is super difficult, yet it leads to constant conversation with Boreh Olom either asking for strength to not look or forgiveness for looking (constant asking/begging to forvive) it is never ending T'shuva
