The heart of a Jewish parent and Hashem First, there is a promise from Rabbi Arush that 30 minutes a day on any one character trait, the trait will be uprooted. Personally, I don't believe Moshiach would agree to leave a single Jew behind in any way(physically, spiritually) or he wouldn't truly be Moshiach. If a house was being flooded, what Jewish parent would rescue certain kids and leave others behind? There are Jews trapped in a physical and spiritual galut because their soul got weak because they don't know their soul needs nutrients? These are neshamas we're talking about, Hashem's children, and actually parts of Hashem! No Jewish parent would do that, so why would it be any different for Hashem's children. And how could any brother or sister be ok with leaving someone behind as long as they're 'cool with moshiach.' No one would be o with that inside. Because we're Jews and that concept should make us feel weird inside- it's in our nature to make sure everyone is ok. Also my guess is he'd want each of us to have time to grow in Eretz Yisroel with the truest spiritual guide for our unique soul and the right nutrients for our soul (Rabbi Brody talks sort of about this in the beautiful balance of power shiur) so everyone is receiving the perfect balance for their soul. In terms of being rewarded for the mitzvoth, Hashem can just as equally bring us Home miraculously as He can teach us and guide us with even greater reward for mitzvoth (beyond making Him happy) once we're settled in Eretz Yisroel. Hashem can do anything!! There is a wonderful book based on the teachings of The Rebbe of Lubavitch entitled "Living with Moshiach" that relates his understanding of Moshiach with each parsha. It's worth reading to learn more about how things will unfold from a true Tzaddik. I really believe certain people are drawn into kedusha first so that they may then go rescue our fellow Jews, not because they are more gifted or more anything, it's just that they have a rescue job to do- be it through prayer, hafatsa, good words, smiles etc. To be content with club paradise while a fellow Jew is outside isn't right and furthermore impossible because we're all linked anyhow. The concept of some in, some out is eerily familiar to the non-Jewish book. But as more and more Jewish people are rescued from missionaries (something we also have to pray about) I'm guessing the concept of some in some out will disappear. No mom or living parent would leave their some children behind. Scheniah would not do that. And neither would Hashem because he loves us more than anyone can ever know. And mitzvahs can still count when Moshiach is here. Hashem can make a way to make mitzvoth count more for people who didn't know about mitzvoth before and each at our own level like private tutoring (because we're all tinoek sheniahba ion some level some don't know about simcha, some never heard of tefillin, yet we're all righteous in this generation too as the emuna cd states) . As bother and sisters we should not settle for everything less than the best for every one of us! Because i imagine that's what Hashem wants! It's like at Hanukkah if you play driedel if you win a lot of emunca cds as prizes and you want to make sure each brother and sister walks away feeling truly good inside, -for what's good for their soul
