admirable, just go easy on the rest of us…. Rivka your ability to shut things out of your life that you see as potential threats is truly admirable, and show your great strength of character. I just feel that you need to go a little easy on the rest of us so that your message will be better able to penetrate those that really need to hear it. A critical tone doesn't do your message justice. Just a thought for your future articles, since this site is supposed to draw people closer, not push them away.

For number 2 I understand that, as said in my first sentence. There are ways an addict can cut down, like putting his computer on a timer (or the electricity in his house) to shut down at a certain time. The main problem I have is the words the author uses for the people at the library – horrible, disgusting, gross. Who says these people are addicted? What would make their actions horrible, etc? They're watching porn there? Maybe they're learning, maybe they're catching up with family. Kaf Zchut.

Answer to no 1 Did u c the article name:addictions… If u know something about an addiction, u will know, that in whatever type of addiction u have, u can't anymore "drink like a gentlemen" So this article spoke for people that their addiction is the Internet, maybe for u is another type of addiction, but bottom.line an addiction for the person that have this allergy to particular subject alcohol/substance/Internet etc.. He can't be on just one drink mode… And again, this article is for Internet addicts.

Why so extreme? I understand that your chosen path to kicking internet addiction was to nearly cut it out of your life, but that isn't necessarily the answer for most people, realistically. Discipline about time spent and curbing one's participation in social media are good places to start. Your article had a holier-than-thou tone, , especially as you judged those at the library. And if it weren't for the internet there would be no Breslev Israel and no venue for you to write your articles.
