The Young Woman
This rhyme will help you run your household: "Emuna’s the key, to a life filled with blessings; Just talk to Hashem, or you’ll always be guessing..."
There was a young woman
Who lived in a zoo
She had so many boys
She didn’t know what to do
She oy’ed and she vey’ed
She cried and she prayed
She wished all her hardships
Would just go away
The dishes were endless
She couldn’t complete
The laundry was flowing
Right into the street
Her boys liked to fight
With all of their might
Even the baby
Would give a good bite
Hundreds of toys
Every shape, every size
Littered the floor
That was no big surprise
Each day was a test
To see what she’d do
Would she get all depressed?
Would she boo and then hoo?
Most times she would fail
And give in to her anger
Sometimes she would pass
And then she’d get stronger
Emuna’s the key
To a life filled with blessings
Just talk to Hashem
Or you’ll always be guessing
About what could be or should be
Instead of just knowing
Everything’s from Hashem
For your spiritual growing
Hashem loves you so
Don’t ever forget it
If you remember this always
You’ll never regret it!
