Loved the last line! I will B"H be turning 40 this year. Although we made Aliyah 9 years ago, we were not successful and came back. Almost every day since then I plead and ask Hashem to help bring my family back with Bracha and parnassah. Imagine praying for something so hard several times a day for about 7 years. It can be exhausting. So, this past week I had a talk with Hashem. I told Him I really need His help and although I don't know what I can do, I'm willing to try something new. So, for the first time in my life, I baked Challah with a Bracha. Every time I kneaded the bread and my arms felt like they were going to fall off, I asked Hashem that these should be my trials and tribulations in acquiring the Land of Israel. Did it work? I guess I'll just have to wait and see if Hashem says yes… But Baruch Hashem they really were delish. 🙂
