Dear R…One shortcoming at the time! I asked HaShem to help me what bothered me the most, I prayed and talked to Him constantly to make me strong so I don’t fall into the same trap again. At times it will be hard and you might even do the same mistake again but don’t despair keep on going and keep on praying and talk to HaShem he understands and He hears you, it is up to you how sincere you are. When you are really sincere HaShem gives you the sensitivity to recognize the trap that the yezer hara is planning for you, so don’t give up, keep talking to HaShem and you will prevail.
