what about caffeine? Rav Arush, I completely agree with this wonderful article, but I wonder about caffeine addiction. Most people are addicted to coffee and tea. It's not necessarily harmful to health, like cigarettes, and in some cases may have positive health impacts (especially green tea). But it's also an addiction and craving caffeine can be seen as a bodily lust. Should we try to live without caffeine too?
