Kosher Jammin’ B”H…I for one had the same story when it came to my CD’s Rivkah. I enjoy many genres of music. Thank G-d Jews are using their talent in all genres to give praise to Hashem and open minds. Below are excellent choices, including a surge of new kosher hiphop music! Who woulda thought!?

2 – Michael Schenker / John Sykes (or any other Hard Rock / Heavy Metal musicians or Bands that use Gibson / Flying V guitars)
3 – Aphex Twin (Electronic Muscian)
4 – Nujabes (Jazz rap/Hip-hop, whose songs are ideal to sit back & relax to)
I personally prefer listening to instrumental songs (mainly Rock) most of the time for the groove, though it would be great if anyone has any kosher recommendations for me along the lines of the above.

Does anyone know if Kosher versions exist of the following Musicians? Such as:
1 – Scientist (dub musician)
2 – Michael Schenker / John Sykes (or any other Hard Rock / Heavy Metal musicians or Bands that use Gibson / Flying V guitars)
3 – Aphex Twin (Electronic Muscian)
4 – Nujabes (Jazz rap/Hip-hop, whose songs are ideal to sit back & relax to)

Jewish music is great!!! I was 36 the first time I came to Israel adn still listning to non-Jewish music. I bought a few CDs and thought that’s it. I can find in Jewish music everything that I need and so much more. Rabbi Nachman says to listen to music from someone with Yirat Shamayim is a high madregah (to paraphrase). There is literally all types of music from our very own David Dome to Gabriel Hasson, great on guitar, Ingathering which is Motown, I could go on and on… I have to stop myself spending more money!!!

I was 36 the first time I came to Israel adn still listning to non-Jewish music. I bought a few CDs and thought that’s it. I can find in Jewish music everything that I need and so much more. Rabbi Nachman says to listen to music from someone with Yirat Shamayim is a high madregah (to paraphrase). There is literally all types of music from our very own David Dome to Gabriel Hasson, great on guitar, Ingathering which is Motown, I could go on and on… I have to stop myself spending more money!!!
