Who can understand the ways of HaShem? B”H
As I read this essay I could not help but recall the “old timer” at my AA meetings who would always say: “this is a one day at a time program, and you can start your day over anytime you want.”
That was many years ago but I had not done the math in some time so I paused to recall how long has it been since I went to my first AA meeting and entered into a new beginning. It was April 1981. 28 years ago.
Early in AA I heard a man say: ” since I turned my will and my life over to the care of G-d, there is no such thing as coincidence in my life.”
