Teshuba I can tell you what helped me. STOP WATCHING TV! STOP READING THE NEWS! Think of your sin every moment of your life. And cry a lot. Only gates of tears are open after the destruction of our Temple. Pray to Hashem to hear your pleas for forgiveness. Never focus at ANY woman. Keep eyes down. Most important, never forget what you did. Every time you have bad thoughts, say SHEMA and scream inside to Hashem. Become angry at yourself and your thoughts. This will help a lot.

Guilty Dear Author, Now I feel completely lambasted and am most assuredly guilty beyond any reasonable doubt of the very waste you discussed. What hope do I have left, then? Am I doomed to death as the sages have stated? Your first paragraph starts to tell me what I need, but you should also tell us how to get there! How do I achieve tshuva m'ahava?
