Exercise 2: Ein Od Milvado (Nothing Besides Him)
In Exercise 2, for 10 minutes ask Hashem to give you perfect emuna, and to believe "Ein Od Milvado" - there is only Hashem. G-d alone did, does and will do everything.

Happiness is the basis of everything! Emuna cannot exist while in a state of sadness. Happiness is becoming close to Hashem, while sadness is leaving Hashem.
1. First, for 2 minutes, continue to ask Hashem to help you truly believe that He loves you an infinite love, no matter what you have done, even after the biggest sin – He still loves you, just like a father always loves his child no matter what.
2. Then, for another 10 minutes, ask Hashem to give you perfect emuna, and specifically to believe “ein od milvado” – there is only Hashem. G-d alone did, does and will do everything.
Do not blame your spouse, or your in-laws, or he who hurt me, or whoever. And do not even to blame yourself!
Ask Hashem to enable you to truly believe not just that there is a Creator out there somewhere who created the world, but that Hashem is personally overseeing every single detail of your life – for your best.
Remember this rule, and this is what you are praying to believe with your whole heart: No one can do good to me, or do bad to me, if it is not the will of Hashem – which automatically means that it’s for the very best, even if I currently don’t understand how.

Me llama la atención eso del “biggest sin”…. suena muy cristiano. Tengo entendido que el concepto de pecado difiere mucho del judaismo al cristianismo.
