Rebuke is a great thing, and every Jew should rebuke his fellow man when he sees him doing something improper. But not every man is fitting to give rebuke, as Rabbi Akiva said: “I wonder if there is anyone in this generation who knows how to give rebuke.” If Rabbi Akiva said this in his generation, so much the more so it applies today (Rebbe Nachman of Breslov).
