The High Holidays have just passed, and we start again at the beginning of the Torah for each weekly Torah portion. The end of the Torah reminds us of the chet ha'egel (sin of the golden calf). What is the connection with Hashem making a new creation? The lesson for us - regardless of our wrongdoings, we can repent and come back to Hashem.
