We gain control over our base desires by connecting ourselves to the Tree of Life (the tzaddik? Torah? spiritual guide?). The slave and the King's son meet each other, not knowing the other's true identity. They then both meet The Stranger who lives in the forest. The Stranger tells them both to stop chasing their sins.
