Rabbi Arush talks about the many miracles at the Yam Suf (Sea of Reeds) - just like today during the war! Daat is the knowledge and yearning for Hashem. When Adam sinned, daat was exiled along with him down through all exiles. We get daat by connecting to tzaddikim, doing hitbodedut, and thanking Hashem.
