Moshe feared that Aaron might hate or be envious of him because Moshe would play a bigger role in the exodus. Hashem reassured Moshe that Aaron would genuinely be happy for Moshe. This is the lesson for us - that what we feel in our hearts must be genuine love for another. A smile on our face isn't enough!
