Rabbi Arush spoke about Moshe Rabbeinu as a leader who can deal with every Jew's situation to bring them to teshuva, who saw each one's good points. So too, each of us is a "leader" in our circle of influence. He spoke of Pinchas' zealotry, the importance of saying Thank You, and learning Torah with understanding.
