The Talmud Torah

The Chut Shel Chessed Talmud Torah services over 200 children between the ages of 3 to 10. In addition to small classes and individual attention, the children receive a hot lunch. The school boasts top teachers and caring staff.

Over 10% of the students come from single-parent families. The school, under Rabbi Arush’s guidance, takes responsibility for these children, and does everything possible to provide them with a happy and healthy childhood. This often includes extra tutoring, guidance sessions for both parent and child, purchasing clothing and shoes, as well as making sure that the parent has the financial and emotional resources to properly raise his or her child/children.

The Talmud Torah’s annual budget (including rent) is over $500,000.

You can sponsor a child’s learning and hot lunch for only $150 a month! His Torah learning and future success will be in your merit! Furthermore, “the world is only sustained by the breath of the small children learning Torah.” This merit can be yours!
