Kimcha D’Piskha – Flour for Passover

Jewish law requires us to be concerned about the welfare of the poor, and especially before Passover, when the many holiday expenditures make life even more difficult for an already struggling family. The Gemara promises that when we make the holidays joyous for others, Hashem makes our holidays joyous for us.

 

Many modest, humble, and yet very needy families do their best to conceal their true financial plight. Our “Kimcha D’Piskha – Flour for Passover” Fund identifies, reaches and supplies these impoverished families with all the basic food needs for the Passover holiday, enabling them to enjoy a truly joyous holiday.

 

Rabbi Arush prays daily for everyone who supports Chut shel Chessed and spreads emuna on a monthly basis multiple times a day, including in his personal prayers, every time he recites the Blessing after Meals, and more. Rabbi Arush has spoken multiple times about how important these prayers are, and that people who give even in larger one-time amounts truly lose out. Now, these special prayers will be yours too.

 

The incredible merit that a poor family in the Holy Land will enjoy the holiday because of you! Someone who makes other people’s holiday happy – G-d makes his holiday happy! Have a happy and kosher Passover!

 

A donation of $150 enables us to provide a small family (2-4 people) with all the basics for the seder and the holiday, including matzah, wine, meat, and more. As a gift, Rabbi Arush will do a Pidyon Nefesh for four names that you submit.

 

A donation of $350 enables us to provide a medium sized family (5-8 people) with the basic foodstuffs needed for Passover including matza, wine, meat, fruit, vegetables, and more. As a gift, Rabbi Arush will do a Pidyon Nefesh for six names that you submit.

 

A donation of $500 enables us to provide for a large family of 8 or more people. As a gift, Rabbi Arush will do a Pidyon Nefesh for 12 names that you submit.
