Why was the death of the firstborn the climax of all plagues? The first of any deed sets the path for all following deeds. Hashem killed the firstborn (the source) of Evil. It showed precise Divine Providence that the firstborns were singled out. When we live with emuna, we are out of exile. This is the key to redemption!
