In addition, it is the essential work that will bring total personal and universal deliverance. One who uproots the bad character trait of ingratitude/whining and works on gratitude (that is, he acknowledges the benefits that Hashem and his envoys give him), will rectify everything and will be deserving of a complete delivery.

All deliverance is a direct function of our level of thanks. Gratitude becomes a simple and pleasant thing!
