El He’Harim / To The Mountains

"One of my most memorable childhood experiences is that of going to the vasikin minyan on Rosh Hashana. The struggle to wake up together with the challenge of it, walking in the dark with my father wrapped in his talit, the long and never-ending prayer session and the wait to see those first rays of sun finally shining and warming me up. I remember standing next to my father and trying to sing harmony with him to a new tune that had just recently been composed for the Yom Tov. Ever since then, these tunes and melodies have a very special place in my heart. In this album, with the help of my friends, I try to express this experience through music." Netanel Zalovsky  New! El He'Harim Ensemble with Rabbi Tamir Granot! 15 breathtaking tracks that will stir your emotions and move your heart. This special album was recorded at a live 2015 Jerusalem performance during the Ten Days of Repentance. Highly recommended!
