I’m not sure what you meant by “concur with the Noahide Law”.
Charlie was clearly a devout Christian, so he did not concur with the first commandment of “Do not worship false gods”. He certainly concurred with the other six commandments.

The author must have missed this. But not only did Charlie concur with the Noahide Law, he actually cited it in a video where he argued with a total lunatic.
