Do you realize that in today’s world, a normal lifestyle destroys your gut environment – the flora and bacteria that make up about 80% of your immune system? Do you realize to what extent this affects your brain functioning and energy levels not to mention how you look and feel? (Old, saggy and lethargic).

 

Hello!

 

Vaccines, medicines and drugs, alcohol, cigarettes, pesticides, GMOs, processed food, cooked food, stress, radiation, heavy metals, fluoride, surgeries, white sugar, soda, coffee and energy drinks and more all wreak havoc on the delicate balance of bacterial activity that makes up much of your immune system, impairing digestion, brain function and energy levels.

 

How about all those sluggish, weak and desensitized people you know? Notice the exploding disease rates even amongst children?

 

This is so ridiculous!

 

This is why I love, appreciate and thank Hashem every day for fresh, living, organic, mineral-rich fruit and vegetables, probiotics, herbs, teas, juices, smoothies, deep breaths outside, sunshine, walking and sleeping. And of course, personal prayer sessions.

 

It’s surreal how deeply embedded in our psyches is our culture of ADD, brain-deadness and sickness. Like it’s normal for children not to be able to concentrate, for an adult to be chronically forgetful, and for young people to get catastrophic disease.

 

Let me tell you something: if we do what is right and follow God’s “rules of the road” for health, we can absolutely empower our spirit, mind and body. We can go from fatigued to energized, frustrated to understanding, foggy to clear, blah to fantastic.

 

Commit to the truth. Commit to health! Hashem created you to be healthy, vibrant and happy!

 

Now if you can’t commit to the whole truth yet, why not start with this yummy salad for lunch?

 

 

Piquant Corn Salad

 

Salad:

5 cups romaine lettuce. 

1 cup chopped parsley.

2 cups chopped cucumber.

2 cups chopped tomatoes. 

2 cups fresh corn. 

1 TBS minced jalapeño.

 

Dressing

¼ cup olive oil. 

5 TBS lemon juice. 

2 TBS nutritional yeast or feta cheese.

2 tsp cumin.

1 tsp paprika. 

1 tsp sea salt. 

1/2 tsp black pepper. 

 

Layer the salad in order of ingredients and top with the dressing.

 

 

Enjoy the salad and enjoy your life, will ya?!

I started reading this until you equated life saving vaccines with cigarettes…

I'm not sure why Breslev.co.il is so anti-vaccine. this is clearly not what Rabeinu Nachman would have wanted…
