The Baal Shem Tov said a person who visited a place once, will have to return there. Why? In order to rectify the eating, drinking, and sleeping he did there. He must rectify the portion of Torah and prayer in these activities and make them become for the sake of Heaven. God puts the desire to travel there in the person so that he’ll rectify, therefore, we have to think deeply why we’ve come to a certain place. (Rabbi Levi Yitzchak of Berditchev.)
